LIon Rock(by Wong Chi Hung, Derek)

A group of people called " Hong Kong Spider"(香港蜘蛛仔) hanged a banner written a slogan" I want true universal suffrage" on the top of  Lion Rock(獅子山).  Why did they do so? It is because they want to express their dissatisfaction towards Chief Executive Leung  Chun Ying about his statement regarding citizen nomination and hope for true universal suffrage. They used the hidden meaning of Lion  Rock(hard work, pioneering and enterprising, flexible, unremitting self-improvement spirit), which we called Lion Rock Spirit(獅子山下精神) to condemn Leung about his speech discriminating the grassroots. They think that Hong Kong won't be prosperous with the contribution of hardworking grassroots.

Also, I found the translation of the English is different from the Chinese words. I think it isn't a normal translation but a kind of sarcasm towards the police force. With the sentence" I'll now recap in English" is the idiom of the spokesman of Hong Kong Police Force, " Hong Kong Spider" used it in the banner in order to quip rather than to translate.
